You can even make changes to your diet at your local deli, you can turn that big unhealthy sandwich into a snack your whole body will enjoy by trying this… When you place your normal order just ask them to hold on the mayo and fatty cheese, you can get extra meat and vegetables instead. If you need some kind of sauce on your sub just add olive oil and vinegar. Try and avoid buying an unhealthy desert, just ignore those big fat cookies and greasy chips and grab a portion of fruit instead.

I remember how I used to feel after I ate a big dinner every afternoon - fat, tired and bloated. I now replace those meals with big servings of fresh tasty salads and its amazing how much better I feel every night, try it! Just think how many different salads you could make with all the different vegetables there are in the supermarket, get creative! Since salads are uncooked foods they have ten fold the amount of useful nutrients for your body than cooked food has. Just one salad a day can give you more goodness than four cooked meals!
You should get into the habit of preparing your meals the night before, it will definitely make it a whole lot easier to just grab your dinner from the fridge instead of making it on the spot. If you do that you can simply grab a meal from the fridge if your in a hurry, you won’t have to spend time or money going to a fast food place to fill yourself up. I also recommend you keep lots of fruit in your fridge so you can grab a healthy snack instead of eating chips and biscuits.
And last but not least, if you’re just too busy to actually make a 10 minute salad the next best option is to buy a ready made one from your local store, although they aren’t the healthiest option they’re better than nothing at all.
